M.a.w. de organisatie-behoefte is bekend en er is een doorbraak nodig.<\/li><li>De opdrachtgever koopt de h\u00e9le cirkel in.<\/li><li>De Doorbraakmanager werkt in een afgebakend deel van de organisatie dat gelijk is aan een cirkel. De cirkel staat tevens voor het rond krijgen van de doorbraak.<\/li><li>\u00a0De go-momenten staan voor voldoende draagvlak voor volgende fase in het doorbraakproces. Een no go-moment betekent terug naar het team en de feedback verwerken.<\/li><li>Een permanente no go = stoppen van het doorbraakproces. Investering: interviews met directie, teamleden, stakeholders en deskresearch wordt een gedeeld beeld opgezet. Op zoek naar de basis; het fundament.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #749719;\"><strong>Herijking<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Op basis van de beeldvorming en het fundament wordt een doorbraakinterventie opgesteld. Deze staat centraal, er worden heldere keuzes gemaakt en concrete resultaten afgesproken waarbij alle betrokkenen een \u2018eigen\u2019 verantwoordelijkheid krijgen.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #749719;\"><strong>Doorbraak<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Met oog voor de mens, proces en dienstverlening\/product krijgt het (doorbraak)interventieplan handen en voeten. De dagelijkse ervaringen worden gebruikt als input. Het fundament wordt ontwikkeld om verder op te kunnen bouwen. Medewerkers en de rest van organisatie worden meegenomen in de beweging. Na 4 tot 6 tot maanden is de doorbraak een feit.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #749719;\"><strong>Opvolging<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Gedurende de doorbraakfase wordt duidelijk wat de behoefte voor de toekomst is.
