Met mijn executive coaching laat ik inzien wat de drijfveren, kwaliteiten en valkuilen zijn. Samen gaan we op zoek naar de patronen die een manager belemmeren om de ambities \u2013 en die van de organisatie &#8211; waar te maken. Ik ga samen met het bestuur op zoek naar de zere plek en samen leggen we daar de vinger op. Dit kan een negatieve invloed hebben op samenwerking, de resultaten en de sfeer. Ik zorg dat het team, inclusief de leidinggevende, inzicht krijgen in de disfunctionele patronen en processen. Quick and dirty ga ik in de organisatie op zoek naar de oorzaak; de onderste steen komt daadwerkelijk boven. De uitkomst van de scan maakt inzichtelijk hoe de aansturing is, de samenwerking en hoe de resultaten worden behaald. Op basis van deze scan trek ik samen met de betrokkenen een conclusie.
